Shopping Day

Shopping Day is a medium small ceramic sculpture for interior display.

As a young chid I was often brought along for the grocery shopping to help carry the bags home. We had no car and it was quite a distance to the shop. This sculpture is an echo of that memory for me.

Shopping Day was chosen for The Collector's Journey - the main exhibition at Boyle Arts Festival, King House.
